Named All-American city in 2004, Concord is home to Lowe's Motor Speedway; Concord Mills Mall (North Carolina's largest tourist attraction); and a NASCAR Research and Development Office. It is also home to several NASCAR race teams, including Hendrick Motorsports, Roush Racing, and Chip Ganassi Racing.  


Kannapolis is a thriving city of 38,245 people located along the I-85 corridor in the Charlotte-region of North Carolina. 

The City of Kannapolis has a diverse housing stock. The central city features the craftsman style mill homes built by Cannon Mills beginning in the early 1900's. Many of the homes have been renovated to today's standard but still possess the charm and beauty of a past era. Kannapolis also offers a variety of newer subdivisions that offer starter homes to mansions. 

In the past decade, a new a $4 million YMCA, a Senior Center, a Public Library, a baseball stadium for the Kannapolis Intimidators, a Class A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, and Kannapolis Gateway Businesses Park are examples of the successful partnerships that are improving the community, attracting new business and creating new jobs.


Located in southwest Cabarrus County bordering Mecklenburg County, the Town of Harrisburg was incorporated in 1973. Government is by a seven member council and mayor. The town hall built in 1981 is located on N.C. 49. A town-wide water system was completed in 1980, followed by the town's wastewater system in 1985. Harrisburg's close neighbors include Charlotte Motor Speedway and the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Harrisburg is served by the Harrisburg Rescue Squad and the Harrisburg Fire Department, Inc., all volunteers, and contracts with the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Department for full-time police protection.

Harrisburg's economic strength can best be judged by its business and industrial growth. With the building of an industrial park, availability of land and the quality of the work force, Harrisburg, a town on the move, reflects and maintains its rural heritage.

Lake Norman is situated just 20 miles North of Charlotte on 520 miles of shoreline and extends across 4 counties. Across the street, The Village at Birkdale, which includes the NorthEast Fitness and Wellness Center, medical and professional offices, and restaurants, serves as the gateway for the Birkdale community.


The town of Davidson presents its own historic charm.  Newcomers consistently find a warm welcome, a friendly blend of tradition and appreciation for new ideas. Davidson is known as the home of prestigious Davidson College and the town has a whiff of old New England about it. In fact, Money Magazine rated in the top 10 places to live. You´ll find excellent educational opportunities in Davidson, with Davidson Elementary being recognized as a NC School of Excellence in 2001 and 2002. Davidson College is home to a number of performing arts events each year, including musical and drama, guest speakers, and special symposia. The private golf community of River Run is located in Davidson. River Run offers a tennis complex, two swimming pools and a stately Jeffersonian-style clubhouse overlooking the signature 18th hole. Homes in Davidson range from $225,000 to Multi Million Dollar Homes.
